Doctor Oz - Rip off from Beaut'e wrinkle cream. Nouvalist
I saw an add, this cream was recommended by Dr Oz, the add, said the "price" was Free, just shipping & Handling, for "trial's" So I placed an order, I was surprised when i received the products and the was no receipt, no invoice, no paperwork of any kind. 15 days later my bank account was charged 89.95 & 99.95, I almost lost my mind! The next morning one charge, 89.95 was removed, I called to be told since i didn't call within the 14 day trail period I was being charge Full price for the product, Again, "price for product on website said FREE"!
No where did it say i only had 14 days, no where did anything say I would be charged additional money. I was given no notice of the charge prior to them, no e-mail, nothing, when I called the company to complain, I was told there is nothing they can do since i didn't call within the 14 days, the 14 days I was never notified about in the first place!
Neither was I told why at first there was 2 charges. This is a rip off plain and simple, and I wish Dr Oz would address the wrongful practices of these company's
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $99.

If you scroll down and find the word TERMS then read it as it is very small. That is where you get hooked because when you order it is not visible. I got stung twice on other creams but eventually I got my visa cleared because I fought it.
