Ordered a "free sample" for anti-aging cream from a Dr. Oz ad to pay only $4.95 shipping.

Received a pretty bottle of useless foam. When my credit card statement arrived I was shocked to see 3 charges from LifeHealth: $4.95+$.99+$89.95!! Called LifeHealth;spoke with Marco who insisted that I had authorized the charges by typing in my 3-digit credit card code to authorize a "subscription".Was told no supervisor was available and that there would be no correction to my account. Called my credit card company rep who arranged a 3-way conversation with LifeHealth (Brandy,I believe).

This was not a polite person.

She insinuated that I was ***, told me that Marco WAS a supervisor & eventually, after much ado, agreed to give me a 55% refund. This merchant has now been blocked by my credit card company & I have learned my lesson.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
